Why do I love February?
Because the cherry blossom trees begin to bloom. Little buds at first, then gradually over a period of days, the trees become fully abloom. Lucky for me, we have several in front of our home and many in our town. I adore seeing the white and pink trees as I'm traveling about town, and am a bit sad when all the blooms are gone. They only stay here for a few months, but oh they make February and March special. What a wonderful harbinger of Spring.

Hi Sharon,
Cherry blossom is one of the most beautiful sights and oh yes, the first sign of Spring.
Your photographs are so pretty.
Hope that you and Miss Gracie have a lovely week

Love those pretty cherry blossoms!
Ah, yes...the cherry blossoms are eagerly anticipated here in Vancouver, too, though it is a little early yet to see buds. After grey, rainy winters, that profusion of white and pink truly gladdens the heart
Lovely photos...:)
