Cookie, Anyone?


Yesterday, we had a celebration party at work for all of our staff and members who completed an eight-week 10,000 Steps walking program. The goal was to walk 10,000 steps each day as recommended for optimal fitness. We had 208 participants and the total miles walked was over 60 million!


The dessert for this lunch celebration was three types of cookies including pumpkin, lace and red velvet. Very yummy but sweet!

Congratulations!! ... that is a lot of steps!
You deserve all the cookies after doing all that - well done!
Those pedometers are great aren't they - I like to wear one sometimes on my day just to make sure I am getting enough exercise.
